Overview

Cameyo can host your applications for you in our cloud environment. This is the quickest and easiest way to get started with Cameyo. If you would like to host Cameyo in your own environment, see this article on setting up a self-hosted server.


Note: To set up a Cameyo Fully Hosted server, you will need a Cameyo Business Trial. If you do not have one, please send an email to sales@cameyo.com. 


Requirements

None. You don't need any hardware to get started with a fully-hosted server, and all Windows Server and RDS licenses are handled by Cameyo.


Process

To create the first fully-hosted server on your Cameyo account, please follow the steps below. If you already have a server and want an additional server set up on the account, please contact Cameyo support, and we will be happy to work with you to get that server created.

  1. Log into the Cameyo admin console, either by going to https://online.cameyo.com/login or by going to your account's Cameyo domain.
  2. Click on the Servers button on the left side of the page to go to the server page. 
  3. In the Cloud Server section, select the server region closest to where your users are located, then click "Create Now". Note: Cameyo fully-hosted servers are created in Google Cloud Platform, but Cameyo support can create a server for you in Microsoft Azure upon request.
  4. You should now see a page saying that the server is being created. Once the server has been created, you can connect to the server and publish applications.
