guacd.exe fails to run

- From a command prompt, try to run: c:\guacd\bin\cygstart.exe /usr/local/sbin/guacd.exe
- If it fails to run with a dll not found message, check that the PATH environment variable contains C:\guacd\bin;C:\guacd\usr\local\bin
- Note that Symantec Endpoint Protection can interfere with the proper execution of Cygwin programs. It is not enough to disable it, it must be completely uninstalled.
