By default, %TEMP%, in a Cameyo session, uses the Session ID's subfolder instead of %LOCALAPPDATA%Temp\
If there is reason to disable this behavior for Temporary User Profiles, e.g. the need to synchronize data in %TEMP% with persistence (SessionSync), Local Policy can be used. We recommend against changing this without reason.
Start an AdminUser session on the Cameyo server from the /servers page
or from the server page under the Commands section on the right side of the page
Run
gpedit.msc
and navigate to
Computer Configuration | Administrative Templates | Windows Components | Remote Desktop Services | Remote Desktop Session Host | Temporary folders
Enable "Do not use temporary folders per session"
%TEMP% no longer uses a subfolder.
Disabling Temporary folders per session (or, in the language of the Policy, enabling Do not use temporary folders per session) can have unpredictable results for apps using Native Windows Accounts.
